
WOW. This was really really good. I am sure my picture doesn't do it justice but I tried...
We enjoyed this with a bottle of Groth Sauvignon Blanc.. perfect! I highly recommend this dish. It is warm, hearty, kind of fancy, and really really easy.
East Texas born and raised and now feel like a native Houstonian after being here over 12 years. My husband and I are attempting to raise 2 rugrats that will contribute to society in some fashion in the future. We tolerate our 3 pets and spend our free time (if any) learning about wine and enjoying the sunshine.

OK - I don't do fish...but the Sauvignon Blanc sounds AMAZING! Funny or ironic??? The alcohol that I have in my fridge right now is Land Shark! ;)
